All orders are carefully picked and packed by our team in Gloucester, England and shipped in 2-3 working days via the Royal Mail.
UK orders may then take up to 5 working days to arrive after shipping, this allows for any delays) with Royal Mail.

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original unopened packaging.
If you wish to return your item and it is less than 14 days since your purchase please send the item to: Sew Many Stitches, 192 Stroud Road, Gloucester.GL1 5LA Please enclose a note detailing that it is a return and your original order number.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot be held responsible for missing parcels.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your return is considered to be in its original and unopened condition.
If approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
If your product is faulty or has arrived damaged, please send us an email at sewmanystitches@mail.com with details of the fault and supporting images. We will get back to you as soon as possible with details of how to proceed.
